This Privacy Policy explains how AskGro, Inc. ("Gro," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website and voice AI services (the "Services").
Using the Services means you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1) What We Collect
a) Conversation Data
- Audio and transcripts from your sessions with Gro.
- This content may include personally identifiable information (PII) if you share it (e.g., your name, company, email, phone, or other details said aloud).
- Please avoid sharing sensitive information (e.g., passwords, health/financial data).
b) Contact & Account Data
- Information you provide (e.g., email) when you join the waitlist/early access or contact support.
c) Usage & Technical Data
- Device/browser type, IP address, timestamps, session duration, and performance metrics.
d) Cookies & Similar Technologies
- We may use cookies/SDKs for analytics, performance, and improving UX. You can adjust browser settings to limit cookies; some features may not work as intended.
2) How We Use Data
- Provide & improve the Services (call quality, accuracy, coaching experience).
- Product development using aggregated or de-identified patterns.
- Communications (e.g., early access updates, onboarding, service notices).
- Security, fraud prevention, and compliance.
Model improvement/training: We do not sell your personal data. We may use de-identified conversation data to improve Gro. Where third-party providers offer controls, we aim to disable provider training on your content and/or use providers that do not train on API data by default. Some vendors may retain data under their policies.
3) Lawful Bases (EU/UK only)
Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we process your data under:
- Contract (to provide the Services you request),
- Legitimate Interests (to improve and secure the Services), and
- Consent (where required, e.g., certain communications or cookies).
4) How We Share Data
We do not sell your personal data.
We share data with service providers who help us run the Services, such as:
- Voice & AI processing (e.g., ElevenLabs, OpenAI),
- Hosting & storage,
- Analytics & error monitoring, and
- Email delivery & customer support.
These providers may process or temporarily retain Conversation Data (including PII you share) to operate their services. They are contractually prohibited from selling your data.
We may also share data:
- For legal reasons (law, court orders), or
- In a business transfer (e.g., merger or acquisition).
5) Your Choices & Rights
Access, Correction, Deletion
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing support@askgro.ai.
- We will delete data we control and will pass deletion requests to providers where feasible. Providers may have their own retention policies.

9) Children's Privacy
Our Services are not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If we learn a child has provided personal data, we will delete it. Contact support@askgro.ai if you believe this has occurred.
